Entry point (60 seconds)
- Place one hand on your chest or belly.
- Exhale long (as if fogging a mirror).
- Say (quietly or in writing): “Right now, the truth is…”
- Finish with: “My next Genau step is…” (one small, doable action).
Goal: regulation, not performance.
Today’s practice (2–8 minutes)
Sit or walk slowly. Feel your feet (or seat). Name 5 sensations without judging them.
